Girl's Night Out
I went out for dinner and to the movies with a group of girls tonight. We saw Mamma Mia which was a lot of fun (although it should be said that as good as Pierce Brosnan is to look at he really shouldn't sing!).
I am looking forward to getting this movie on DVD and then dancing around the lounge room and singing along!

Brosnan singing? But this does look like a fun movie. I saw coming attractions and sort of wished I was there.

I've been so excited to go see it but then I heard that the singing was awful (actually, I heard that Meryl Streep sounds like "a drunk woman singing karaoke" - those exact words!) and I got nervous. So I'll rely on your opinion and go ahead and see it. :)
ReplyDeleteMeryl had some moments, but for the most part she was good! If you go expecting to have fun I pretty much think you will!
ReplyDeleteI think is the best fun movie in ages...and if you are in Meryls age group whoa is it ever one to relate to.
ReplyDeleteNever mind the singing, re PB if you think of his character being emotional his 'singing' is fine...and the rest is just unrestrained joy....
and the scenery and dancing.
