Teaser Tuesday: The Sharing Knife: Passage by Lois McMaster Bujold

I am all out of sync in terms of days of the week. I had forgotten it was Tuesday today until I was just about to go to bed. And then, I found a teaser, but then closed the book again. Maybe I should have done Teaser Wednesday instead.

My teaser this week comes from The Sharing Knife: Passage, the third book in the the Sharing Knife books.
