Oh Terry Pratchett, how I love your humour, and for the most part your writing! This is the third book I am reading as part of the
Terry Pratchett 2010 Reading Challenge that I am hosting. I loved the first half, but not quite so keen on the second half of the book. It didn't help that I got stuck on the train tonight and so there was lots of noise with everyone grumbling and so I kept on getting distracted.
My teaser comes from page 119:
Esk, of coursee, had not been trained, and it is well known that a vital ingredient of success is not knowing that what you're attempting to do can't be done. A person ignorant of the possiblity of failure can be a halfbrick in the path of the bicycle of history.
Teaser Tuesday is host by Miz B at
Should Be Reading. Head on over to find out all about it, and how to join in!
Terry Pratchett is hilarious! I love how this book was different to the first two and all the comic dislike of Ektarina.

Nice teaser, I hope the 2nd half picks up for you. I usually love reading on the train, until that one person has to be louder than the general monotony by screaming into their cell phone. Good luck! My teaser is at The Crowded Leaf.
