Library Loot is a weekly event co-hosted by Claire from The Captive Reader and Marg from The Adventures of an Intrepid Reader that encourages bloggers to share the books they’ve checked out from the library. If you’d like to participate, just write up your post-feel free to steal the button-and link it using the Mr. Linky any time during the week. And of course check out what other participants are getting from their libraries!
I had to make a quick dash to the library tonight as I hadn't been at all this week. It has been a busy week in my world because my second nephew was born yesterday! You forget how small they are when they are first born! So tiny.
Here's the loot that I got
The Ask and the Answer by Patrick Ness (reloot). I am thinking this would make a pretty good readathon book this weekend, but I have only just started thinking about what my choices might be!
The Search by Nora Roberts (reloot) - Then again this might be another good option for readathon.
Wicked Appetite by Janet Evanovich - This is the start of a new series from the author of the Stephanie Plum books. From what I can tell it kind of spins off from that series. It could be hysterically funny or it could be very meh. Time will tell!
Clockwork Angel by Cassandra Clare - I am VERY excited that this book has come in, and I can't wait to read it!
Goddess of the Sea by P C Cast (reloot) - I have read all the House of Night books and so now I am planning to start reading some of P C Cast's other series.
A Little Friendly Advice by Siobhan Vivian - Adele from Persnickety Snark has been blog crushing on this author for the last couple of weeks. This is the only one of her books that my library has, so I thought I might as well borrow it and see how it is!
What library loot did you get this week? Share your link below so that we can all come and check out your loot!
