Last week I was reading Tooth and Claw by Jo Walton. I visited my sisters house, and my nearly 4 year old nephew saw the book in my bag and asked me what book is that. My answer - this is my dragon book! He proceeded to look through it. I think he was a bit disappointed that there were no pictures!
I would say that means you are going to have to find him a dragon book. :)
ReplyDeleteHow funny! I am with Kelly. He needs his own dragon book now. :-)
ReplyDeleteHe has quite a few dragon books, some of which were my son's before he got them!
ReplyDeleteI love it! And I love the buddies along side the book. We have a three and a half year old so our house is quite filled with dragons at this point...
ReplyDeleteDid you hear the Coode Street Podcast where they interviewed her?
ReplyDeleteSean, I did. That's what gave me the final push to actually read her. I intend to get Among Others out of the library soon.
ReplyDeletePam, I think my sister was a bit surprised when I went over there the other day and wanted to borrow some dragons to take photos. Once upon a time I would have had them at my house but they have all moved to hers now!
Nice! My kids aren't into dragons right now but I wish they were! I've been wanting to read this very book - it's on my wishlist right now. :)
