Welcome to this week's edition of Top Ten Tuesday which is hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl. This
The Vineyard in the Hills by Lily Malone and Wildflower Hill by Kimberley Freeman
Tiger Hills by Sarita Mandanna and Bones of the Hills by Conn Iggulden
Shelter Mountain by Robyn Carr and And the Mountains Echoed by Khaled Hosseini
Mountains of Mourning by Lois McMaster Bujold and Cold Mountain by Charles Frazer
I am sure that there is a joke in there somewhere that I have missed about Mount TBR!!
So many of mine included water-themed words, I love your take too! My TTT: https://www.literacious.com/2022/09/13/top-ten-tuesday-books-with-geographical-terms-in-the-title/
ReplyDeleteI have done watery themes before so this was a nice change!
DeleteI love how you focused your list on hills and mountains!

Thanks for stopping by Pam!
DeleteWhat a great way to focus this week's prompt! I've not read any of these, but I loved the movie version of Cold Mountain.

That's one of the few on this list I haven't read.
DeleteThere you go! You did an excellent job focusing on just hills and mountains.
ReplyDeleteThanks Deb!
DeleteI almost also went with mountains and The Mountain between us was on my list and a few of yours as well.
ReplyDeleteI ended up going with beach.
Have a wonderful Tuesday!
Elza Reads
I have done water before so it was the time for hills and mountains!
DeleteGreat list of titles with geographical terms in them. I like that you focused on hills and mountains as they are one my favorite landscape. and it makes for gorgeous covers.
ReplyDeleteHere is my TTT: https://herseriallife.com/top-10-books-with-geographical-terms-in-title/
Have a great week 😀
I do enjoy a drive through the hills, especially in winter!
DeleteThese all look like good reads!

Thanks for stopping by Lydia!
DeleteSmart move narrowing your focus. I had a very difficult time with this task this week. Apparently I don't read many books with geographical terms. My list this week
ReplyDeleteSome topics are harder than others Anne. This one was pretty easy for me.
DeleteI like your hills and mountains theme. I took the opposite approach and chose a different term for each book. I've read And the Mountains Echoed but none of the others on your list.
ReplyDeleteI really wanted to focus on just one aspect this time! Leaves other selections free for other themes in future.
DeleteAnd the Mountains Echoed has a similar cover to On the Cliffs of FoxGlove Manor which is on my list today. https://cindysbookcorner.blogspot.com/2022/09/top-ten-tuesday-authors-that-gravitate.html
ReplyDeleteIt is a very evocative image on both covers.
DeleteAwesome list! :D I don't read a lot of books with geographical terms so I definitely couldn't have just chosen one or two, lol. I'm impressed!
ReplyDeleteMy TTT
Thanks Jenni
DeleteI found a lot of "hill" and "mountain" titles while going through my Goodreads book lists, too. It's amazing how many there are out there! Oh, and the title of this post made me laugh :)
ReplyDeleteHappy TTT!
Glad it made you laugh Susan!
DeleteGood way to focus this week's list! I couldn't come up with many for the original topic this week, so I went off on my own tangent :)
ReplyDeleteMy TTT: https://jjbookblog.wordpress.com/2022/09/13/top-ten-tuesday-385/
I have been known to go off on a tangent!
DeleteI've read a couple from your list but most are unfamiliar - Daughters of Witching Hill sounds intriguing.

Plenty of options for this topic!
DeleteSeveral of these look very appealing. The only one of these I've read is Black Hills and I thought it was one of her weaker titles.
ReplyDeleteI must confess I can't remember a thing about Black Hills
